From November 21 6 o'clock until November 22 16 p.m. parking is prohibited on L. Stuokas-Gucevičiaus, Šventaragis, Pilies, Didižioja, Aušras Vartų streets and the part of Rasų street from Druja to Sukilėlių street.
November 22 from 9 a.m. to 14 p.m. vehicle traffic is prohibited on T. Vrublevskis, Šventaragis, Barbora Radvilaitė streets.
November 22 from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. vehicular traffic is prohibited on the part of Rasų Street from Druja to Sukilėlių Street.

On November 21-22, residents and companies who have permits to park cars in tolled areas and park them on Šventaragis, Pilies, Didižioja, Aušras Vartų Streets will have their permits valid in the adjacent territories of residents' permits. We also ask you not to park on Šventaragis, Pilies, Didižioja, Aušras Vartų streets, but to choose another parking place. We remind you that the permits issued by the municipality do not grant the right to park a car in private parking lots, as well as in the areas of validity of the "No Stopping" and "No Parking" signs, and to otherwise violate the Road Traffic Rules. Road users are asked to be careful, to follow the traffic rules and the instructions of the traffic controllers.
How will the movement of public transport change?
Taking into account the planned traffic restrictions, on November 22 the organization of public transport traffic will be changed:
From 9 a.m. to 14 p.m. the routes of bus routes 10, 11 and 33 will change.
From 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. the route of bus route 89 will change, and from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. 31 bus routes will change.
Due to temporary traffic restrictions from 13.30:14.50 p.m. to 2:11 p.m. 12, 13, 16, 19, 31, 34, 58, 61, 74, 82, 88, 89, XNUMX, XNUMX bus routes may deviate from the schedules.
November 22 from 9 a.m. to 14 p.m. bus routes will be changed as follows:
Route 10 buses to Markučius will go from the Green Bridge along Vilnius, Jogaila, Pylimo, Bazilijonų, M. Daukša, Žiupronių, Subačiaus streets, then the usual route. Driving along the changed route, buses will stop at the stops Karaliaus Mindaugas tiltas, Arkikatedra, Bernardinų sodas, Dailė akademijas and Užupios. The return buses will follow the same route. When traveling along the changed route, route 10 buses will additionally stop at Vincos Kudirka Square, Jogailas, Center Polyclinic, Reformati, Trakai, Vingriai, Rūdninkai, Basilijonai, Aušra vartai and Missionieriau stops.

Route 11 buses from Žvērynas to the intersection of Pamėnkalnis–Pylimo–Jogaila streets will follow the usual route, then turn to Pylimo street and drive along Bazilijonų, M. Daukša, Žiupronių, Subačiaus, Maironio streets. From the latter street, you will turn to Užupis street and follow the usual route. On this route, the buses will additionally stop at the Center Poliklinika, Reformatiu, Trakai, Vingriai, Rūdninkai, Bazilijonai, Aušras vartai and Misionierai stops. The buses will return on the usual route. When traveling along the changed route, route 11 buses will stop at Jogaila, Vincos Kudirka Square, Karaliaus Mindaugos Bridge, Arch Cathedral, Bernardinų Sodas and Art Academy stops.

Route 33 buses from North Town to Karalias Mindaugas Bridge will run on the usual route, then turn to T. Kosciuška Street and drive along Olandų and Drujas Streets, and return to the usual route after turning onto Sukilėlių Street. The buses will return to North Campus on the same route. After changing the route, the buses of the mentioned route will stop at the Arkikatedra, Bernardinų sodas, Dailės akademija, Užupio and Subačiaus stops. While traveling along this route, route 33 buses will additionally stop at the stops Karaliaus Mindaugas tiltas (toward Kalnai Park), Mountain park, St. Church of Peter and Paul, Vasaras, Krivii, Filareti, Polotsk and Druja.

November 22 from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. bus routes will be changed as follows:

Route 89 buses will run in the direction of the Station until the Karalias Mindaugas Bridge, then turn to T. Kosciuška Street and drive along Olandų and Drujas Streets, then turn to Subačius Street and reach the Station via Žiupronių, M. Daukša, Bazilijonų, Gėlių and Sodų Streets. The return buses will follow the same route. After changing the route, the buses of the mentioned route will stop at the stops Arkikatedra, Bernardinų Sodas, Art Academy, Užupio, Białystokė, Rasų kapinės, Ramybės, Gervėčiai, Bazilijonų (Visu Šventųų str.), Town Hall, Vokiečių and Trakai. While traveling on the changed route, route 89 buses will additionally stop at the stops Karaliaus Mindaugas tiltas (towards Kalnų park), Kalnų parkas, Šv. Church of Peter and Paul, Vasara, Krivii, Filareti, Polotsk, Druja and Missionaries.
