An administrative fine of up to 90 euros will be imposed on a person driving a vehicle who violated the Road Traffic Rules, and up to 180 euros if a micromobility device is parked in a disabled parking spot. Vehicle owners (rental operators) will be required to pay a transport and storage fee of EUR 48 including VAT.
The transportation of vehicles will be carried out from pedestrian, bicycle paths and other places where parking is prohibited according to the Road Traffic Rules. From the sidewalks only in cases where a stopped vehicle would block the way for other drivers or pedestrians, would interfere with entry or exit to/from a parking space, garage, yard. Likewise, if there is a hindrance to boarding another vehicle or otherwise obstructing vehicular or pedestrian traffic. The vehicles of the micromobility sharing services will also be removed if they are left on a specially adapted part of the sidewalk for the blind.
