Verkių borough informs that the streets of the borough are being intensively paved and maintained, so drivers are asked to be patient and careful.
"Streets in Verkių precinct continue to be intensively asphalted and repaired. Asphalting of Prašiškių street has started. Balsių Sodų 1st and 2nd streets have just been paved, Kalvarijų street is being renovated (from Didlaukis st. to Jerusalem g.) covering", the municipality's announcement reads.
We remind you that in 2023 the scope of the planned works is record-breaking - more than 100 kilometers of streets will be laid with new asphalt. For comparison, last year about 30 kilometers of streets were newly paved, so this year the volume of work is about three times larger.
