Friday will be the hottest day of this week - it will be 34 degrees in some places, it should cool down a bit on the weekend - it should be easier for people in the western districts, Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service (LHMT) forecaster Tadas Kantautas told LRT radio.
According to the hydrometeorological service, on Friday in the western districts there will be short rain in some places, in the evening it will be heavy in some places, there will be a thunderstorm, during the thunderstorm the wind gusts will reach 15-17 m/s in some places. Maximum temperature 29-34 degrees Celsius.
On Saturday night in the western regions, during the day in some places, mainly in Western and Central Lithuania, there will be short rain, sometimes with thunderstorms, during the thunderstorm, wind gusts will reach 15-17 m/s in some places. The temperature at night is 17-22 degrees, during the day 27-32 degrees, in the western districts in some places 24-26 degrees.
On Sunday, there will be short rain in some places, thunderstorms are possible. The temperature at night is 14-19 degrees, during the day 25-30 degrees.
