The real estate management and development company "MG Valda" has completed the third stage of construction of the "Lighthouse" settlement at the intersection of Šeškinės and Fabijoniškių, Vilnius. The company invested 14 million in it. euros, and 264 newly built apartments with convenient infrastructure, focused on the needs of families, and equipped with the only green terraces on the roofs in Lithuania, which are designed for the needs of the residents of this project, were offered to the market.
“When developing the Lighthouse III community, we focused on the needs of families looking for their first home or people improving their quality of life. We have installed a large children's playground, we have taken care of the convenient layout of the courtyards of multi-apartment buildings and their security - the territory is fenced, surveillance cameras are installed", says Mantas Umbrasas, head of the sales department of MG Valdos.
A unique architectural highlight of the "Lighthouse III" settlement is the terraces installed on the roofs of the apartment buildings, which will be available for future settlers. The terraces are divided into three zones, adapted to different needs - to have a picnic on the roof of the house, to enjoy the variety of plants or just to relax.
According to project architect Remigijaus Bimba, yellow and white colors prevail in the apartment buildings of the third phase, and you won't see black there.
"Lithuania already has few sunny days, so we used a lot of yellow. If you pay attention, all the balconies are like sunflowers. We tried to let as much heat as possible inside, so we used the yellow color in the balcony consoles, which reflect light into the apartments," says R. Bimba.
According to Mr. Umbras, the prices of Lighthouse III apartments start at 1324 euros per square meter.
In the new 7- and 9-story apartment buildings, you can choose from 36 to 90 square meters. m. area of two, three or four-room apartments. At the client's request, the project developer can also take care of the decoration of the apartment. The project provides for more than 230 parking spaces.
Currently, almost 50% of the apartments in this "MG Valdos" apartment project have been sold or reserved. of all apartments.
"We offered our customers the first apartments to purchase quite recently, when we were able to allow them to be viewed live, to see an almost finished general view of the house. Such a strategy has worked, because the settlers of this project are much more inclined to choose housing not "from the drawings", but after seeing the real space and being able to better imagine their life in it, and also to start furnishing the apartment, if there is a desire to do it themselves", observes M .Umbras.
